My name is Morgan.  I love Costa Vida nachos, long drives in nature, and writing mental health posts for people just like you! I serve people who are suffering or love someone who is suffering from mental illness. I try to bring light to the stigma of mental health by sharing my story, along with tips and research, through blog posts, podcasts, and social media posts.


I have personally battled Obsessive Compulsive Disorder for over 17 years. Anxiety and depression also made their way into the mix by the time I was in high school. My personal little cocktail of mental illness has given me a good idea of what others (like youJ) may be going through and how to help. My goal is to help you learn healthy ways to cope with your mental illness, so it doesn’t take you 17+ years to take your life back (unlike me)!
